sister to Western Ideal 1:48, one of the world’s greatest sires, with
460 in 2:00 and 344 in 1:55, including champions Rocknroll Hanover (1:48.6),
Vintage Master (1:48.2), Western Ace (1:48.4) and American Ideal (1:47.8).
A daughter of No Nukes 1:52.2, Cheer Me Up was out of the world
champion race and broodmare Leah Almahurst (1:52.6; $1,053,201), the
dam of four in 1:57 from five foals, with winners including the successful
sire, Make A Deal 1:50.4 and the Little Brown Jug, A.G. Hunter Cup and
Inter Dominion champion and proven sire, Mr Feelgood 1:49.
