One of Queensland's top sprinters commenced stud duties in 2002 after winning A$374,550 in prizemoney. Sparingly raced only 20 starts for 7 wins 2 seconds and 2 thirds. Raced and won over four consecutive seasons - winning from ages 2 to 5 inclusive thus displaying his soundness. Won 3 of his 4 starts as a 2YO so his progeny should benefit from the A$4.3 million Super QRIS scheme. Won from 800 metres to 1200 metres.

Earned back type status in 5 of his 20 appearances. His black type came from two Doomben wins (BTC Summer Stakes and BTC Golden Stakes), a second in the Tamworth Prime Television Quality, a third in the Dr. John Power Handicap at Eagle Farm and a fourth in the Hawkesbury Guineas. The top performed son of his sire Speeding Fine who has produced other top gallopers such as Revenue Raiser, Apprehended etc.

Fine Action is a half brother to sprinters Rash Action (17 wins) and Spykato (14 wins). Fine Action is out of a city winning Namnan (USA) mare. As a sire and broodmare sire Namnan (USA) progeny have won over A$15 million.
